We are proudly located inside the South Dade YMCA.

9355 SW 134th St., Miami, FL 33176. We are on the 2nd floor. 

If you take the stairs up, turn right. If you take the elevator up, turn left. The physical therapy clinic is in the back corner, past the cardio equipment.

 Monday and Wednesday: 

• 7:00 am - 12:00 noon
• 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday: 

• 7:00 am - 12:00 noon
• 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Friday: 

• 7:00 am -12:00 noon 
• 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 

• new patient examinations and self-pay patients ONLY

You may park anywhere around the YMCA building. Parking is free, and a parking pass is not required. There are handicap parking spaces available.

Please wear sneakers and loose-fitting, comfortable gym clothes. Please wear clothes that allow the therapist to access the body part being evaluated.

You will need:

• insurance card (if you are using insurance)
• driver’s license
• physical therapy prescription (if you have one)

Physical therapists are doctoral-level trained and can complete a thorough medical history to ensure your condition is appropriate for physical therapy. You do NOT need a prescription in Florida to begin physical therapy. 

However, if you plan to use Medicare insurance, you do need a prescription.
